Terms for EastStar AI websites and optional hosted Sanad services.

Scope
These Terms apply to the EastStar AI websites and optional hosted Sanad services operated by Ahmed Attia. Open-source Sanad software is separately licensed under the MIT License.
Service
Hosted services may provide authentication, device pairing and inventory, and relay. A staging surface is not a production service or availability commitment.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for connected devices, workspaces, model providers, tools, credentials, reviewing agent actions, and complying with applicable law and third-party terms. Do not compromise systems, disrupt users, distribute malware, abuse infrastructure, or access content without authorization.
Accounts and security
Keep account, pairing, device, provider, and recovery credentials confidential. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, infrastructure, or legal rights.
Third-party services
Model providers, MCP servers, tools, app stores, GitHub, and WhatsApp are independent services with their own terms and data practices.
Availability and warranty
Hosted services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, a specific model, unlimited capacity, or universally accurate output. Review important output and actions.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, EastStar AI and its operator are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from the sites, hosted services, third-party providers, tools, or user-authorized agent actions.
Changes and contact
Material changes will be published with an updated effective date. This draft contains no governing-law or venue clause pending legal review.
