Scope
EastStar AI is an independent technology brand operated by Ahmed Attia. This policy covers the public websites and optional hosted Sanad services. Sanad’s open-source local-only mode is separate from those services.
Public websites
The first public version uses no analytics, advertising trackers, or non-essential cookies. Web infrastructure may process IP address, timestamp, requested path, user agent, and security events to deliver and protect the sites. Operational logs are access-controlled and retained only for operational and security needs.
Contact
If you contact us through WhatsApp, we receive the information you choose to send. WhatsApp/Meta processes that communication under its own terms. Do not send passwords, provider keys, tokens, or private workspace content.
Optional hosted services
Connected-device mode processes information needed for authentication, account and device inventory, pairing, token lifecycle, and relay. Relayed events can contain conversation content required for the remote experience. Workspace files and execution remain on the agent device unless you intentionally send content to a model provider or tool.
Retention and protection
We keep account, device, operational, and security records only as needed to provide, protect, recover, and comply with obligations for the hosted service. Access is limited to operational need.
Your choices
You can use supported local-only functionality without the hosted Portal or Gateway, disconnect or remove devices, and request account-related help through Contact.
Changes and contact
